Did you know that January has been named Get Organized Month by the National Association of Professional Organizers. If January has greeted you with an overflowing inbox and piles of paper on your desk and you don’t have enough money to hire someone to get things done, you are going to need an amazingly efficient software organizer to dig you out.
That’s where AnyTime Organizer steps into the spotlight.
AnyTime Organizer from Individual Software was one of the featured programs in my 1995 Mindware Catalog. Now in its 14th version, this venerable Windows program is still best.
Anytime Organizer v14 has a robust yet easy-to-use implementation of the three key features of this the organizer software genre — ToDo List, Scheduler and Address Book. You can set a Alarms and alerts that work in both the Calender and Prioritized To-Do list sections.
In addition to the basic three, AnyTime Organizer offers the ability to organize your ToDos into Goals, to create a Budget, keep a Notebook and much more. Plus you get the benefits of the ability to spell check in any part of the program, pop-up and email reminders and a drag-and-drop interface.
Synchronization and data sharing is the another area that AnyTime Organizer beats its completion. You can transfer and share calendar information between AnyTime, Google, Microsoft Outlook and your mobile device. Sync data with Google, Outlook, Apple iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows Phone 7, Nokia Symbian, Palm Pre, Blackberry Touch/Storm, and plus a variety of other poplar devices.
I really like the interface. An address book looks like an address book, a calender looks like a calender. You can also get complete maps and driving information using Google Maps, MapQuest or Yahoo Maps for any address book entry.
I’m not the only one who likes this program. It came in #1 and was given the Gold Award by TopTenREVIEWS and PC Laptop gives it five starts its highest rating.
