If you are like me, when you think about meditation you think boring. Yeah maybe the great people of like Mahatma Gandhi and Steve Jobs had the patience to sit through a meditation session. But not me.
That is until recently. I have used the great biofeedback computer interface device called the IOM that the folks at Wild Divine make. Ive used them for playing their great game, the Passage and had a lot of fun. So when I heard that Deepak Chopra, the world’s greatest meditation teacher had put out a new software package called The Secrets of Meditation and that the program worked with the the same IOM hookup that you used the games, I decided to give it a try.
Its pretty amazing what a little technology will do to make meditation easier. I actually enjoyed and started looked forward to my next session. Life is so hectic at times and so I began to think of these meditation sessions as little vacations.

The second video is Deepak Chopra talking about Mindfulness Meditation and you can watch that one here. Mindfulness as a technique has recently enjoyed a surge of popularity and Deepak Chopra introduces the meditation and its concepts beautifully.
If you would like to try this for yourself you have a few options. If you already have the IOM biofeedback device from either one of the Journey to Wild Divine Games or from one of their other programs, you just get the software by itself and it will work just fine.
