Most of the no charge Intelligence Quotient (IQ) tests you find on the web these days were dreamed up by webmasters rather than Ph.D. psychologists. I just tried out the newly upgraded IQ Quiz by Central Test and was pleasantly surprised.
The test is developed by a team of psychologists and human resource professionals. The methods used in the test are both reliable and validated under proven psychometric methods.
In other words, it is a highly accurate test and when you take it again, you get the same results (unless your IQ has suddenly changed which would not be so bad).
Here is a screen shot of the opening page of the test. You can see the little Einstein on the right. The test is timed and he keeps reminding you how much time you took and how much you have left.
