Link to Visit: Wake Up Refreshed Every Morning with Sleeptracker
Have you ever wondered why its often hard to wake up at a time set on a normal alarm clock? The answer is because the alarm clocks we have had available up to now cannot detect where you are in your sleep cycle.
In the morning we go through a continuous cycle from deep sleep, to brief almost-awake moments, and back to deep sleep again. These cycles become more rapid near the time we wake up because it is during this phase of our night's sleep that we dream.
This sleep phase is often called "REM" sleep, short for Rapid Eye Movements. Our eyes move with our eyelids shut in response to the various actions and activities which we experience in our dreams.
During this REM phase, shift in short period for deep sleep to almost-awake phases. Occasionally, your alarm clock's alarm may catch you at an optimal, almost-awake moment and you wake up feeling refreshed, but usually you grope for the snooze button waking up tired and groggy.
Sleeptracker, the world's first sleep monitoring watch is the key to waking up refreshed every morning.
Now you can wake up at exactly the perfect time. By waking you up when you are in the "almost awake" portion of your morning sleep cycle, So Sleeptracker puts an end to harsh wake ups and that tired feeling. Once you set its alarm window, it monitors your body and continuously looks for your optimal waking times so it can wake you at just the right moment. Imagine not feeling tired in the morning and getting a few extra minutes out of your day.
Sleeptracker looks for and records brief periods of movement that are associated with almost awake moments or very light stages of sleep. You can review your almost awake moments the next day by pressing MODE to go to DATA REVIEW.
In the Data Review Mode you can see all of your almost-awake moments and the average time between them. If you track these moments for a few nights, you can find out how restless each night's sleep was relative to the others.
Sleeptracker may find multiple almost-awake moments within the sleep cycle. Almost-awake moments may also vary in frequency throughout the night. Once Sleeptracker has learned your personal sleep style, you set a time to wake up and Sleeptracker will adjust that time within a range of 15 to 20 minutes, predicting exactly when it will be easiest to wake up.
