I've been reading a lot of books and listening to various tapes on the subject of overcoming procrastination. procrastination is one of my issues and the following tape has been the most helpful for me personally. A lot of people have the problem but I do not think that we really grasp how much it can sabotage us on the road to success. Listening to these audio cds not only made me aware of the problem but it got me back on track.
