    Ya I agree that we can succeed in a thing only if we do it with full involvement of body and mind. Once if we start doing a thing and if we face some problems in between then we wont get dipressed about it we have to progress it and have to achieve our target. When we are dipressed we have to relax ourself by some techniques like Meditation , Humor and do the things that we like most.
