In this post and the three that follow, I will describe two brain training software programs (The Brain Training Program and Insight) from Posit Science and the technology behind them. Their innovative techniques were the focus of a PBS Special which I posted about previously The Brain Fitness Program with Peter Coyote on PBS DVD.
