A special free feature from Real Simple Magazine is "20 tips for "plugging money leaks." Among the 20, I found five that applied to me personally so I think it is worth a a visit. They come complete with web links!

By the way, the visit to Real Simple's website satisfied a curiosity I had about this magazine which I have almost bought a number of times while checking out of Whole Foods. I will be featuring more from the magazine in future posts.
